Sky Vale San Juan Roofing provides roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspection, gutter installation and repair, and emergency roofing services. All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service agreements are subject to separate written contracts that outline the specific scope of work, pricing, and terms.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free inspections and estimates for most services. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen conditions discovered during work.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in adjusted pricing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards.

If you are using insurance to cover the cost of repairs, you are responsible for working with your insurance company and ensuring payment. We can assist with the insurance claim process, but the homeowner is ultimately responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our labor and workmanship. The specific warranty period and terms will be outlined in your service contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our labor warranty.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, improper maintenance, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.

5. Scheduling and Delays

We will work with you to schedule services at a mutually convenient time. However, scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize inconvenience.

6. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes ensuring pets are secured, vehicles are moved from work areas, and any obstacles are cleared.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to landscaping, driveways, or other areas that are necessary to access for completing the work.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in cancellation fees to cover scheduling costs and lost work opportunities.

If work has already begun, cancellation fees will apply based on work completed, materials purchased, and time invested.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Vale San Juan Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

9. Website Use
